Marindependent Insurance Services LLC, an Independent Broker Agent Incorporates

Marindependent Insurance Services LLC, an independent Brokerage Agency has incorporated in Marin County California as a Limited Liability Company otherwise known as an LLC.  The name of the new entity will be Marindependent Insurance Services LLC.   The company will remain headquartered in San Rafael an Mill Valley, California.

“Papers have been filed and documents have been signed” – said the Principal Broker Owner and Manager Scott W Johnson.  Mr Johnson is now the Manager of the LLC.

As part of the process, the California Department of Insurance has issued the company a Corporate Insurance License.   The new license number is 0K10734.
